The Companies House Checking service entails Flying Formations maintaining your Companies House record throughout the business trading year. It is essential that this record is accurate to avoid issues with the bank (please note: your bank account can be frozen if your Companies House record is not maintained and accurate)

With this service you can make an unlimited amount of Director and Shareholder changes throughout the business trading year. Flying Formations will update Companies House accordingly.

Flying Formations provide a complete Legalisation service to enable documents to be correctly accepted overseas. We have extensive first-hand experience in the legalisation process required to use UK documents overseas.
